Louise Roe Aps does not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. While we strive to provide correct information regarding colors, pictures, texts, prices, and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions may occur. In the event of incorrect prices or available stock, we will provide you with the opportunity to cancel the order. Louise Roe Aps reserves the right to change the content and information provided on the website at any time.

Louise Roe Aps will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, including lost profits, resulting from the information on this webshop or otherwise connected to the webshop. We cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable, but we make every effort to secure access to the website.

To optimize the design of the webshop and track preferences, we use cookies, which are not connected to personal data. Louise Roe Aps only stores personal data provided by yourself, such as shopping on our webshop or signing up for our newsletter. All personal data is handled confidentially, and we will not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties unless necessary (e.g., carriers). ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the webshop and are not binding until Louise Roe Aps has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email, and your order will process within 2-3 business days thereafter. We operate Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g., due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information of your order via email.

When you place an order, all data is encrypted to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socket Layers).

PAYMENT

If you order froIf you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU, local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

All domestic orders are shipped at a minimum fee of 6€. The shipping costs for orders shipped outside Denmark are a minimum of 25 euros and may vary depending on the shipping location.

All our shipments are sent with GLS or UPS from our warehouse or office in Denmark. We strive to ship as soon as possible. Louise Roe Aps cannot be held responsible if GLS or UPS is delayed.

If you do not pick up your package in the selected GLS package shop in time or if GLS or UPS fails to deliver to the address, we will receive your package back, and all costs will be at your expense.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. Additionally, Louise Roe Aps reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

The shipping time is 2-5 days from receiving the order when the delivery address is inside Europe and 5-12 days when outside Europe.

LAW

Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to Danish law by Danish courts. Additional legal requirements may apply to you depending on the laws of your country. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By using this website and/or placing an order from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
